Witnessing and Security Documents
Procedure
The documents shall be well prepared and printed out for client and lawyer execution. The company shall inform the lawyer at least one day in advance regarding the witness schedule, yet in case there is any urgent matter the company shall at least inform the lawyer 3 hours in advance or as soon as possible.
Fee
The witness fee for the Credit facility agreement and related security document in each shall be: 150 USD / time
For loan witnessing, we need to witness the original ID card or passport of each signatory, also the exact person has to be present, signed and thumbprint in front of the lawyer.
Traveling cost
- •Less than 20 km is free of charge
- •More than 20 km to 40 km is 50 USD added
- •More than 40 km to 60 km is 100 USD added
- •More than 60 km to 80 km is 150 USD added
In general, the traveling costs shall increase 50 USD for every 20 km distance increasing.
Hypothec Registration
Hard Title Deed
Purpose: Hypothec registration and De-hypothec registration
Scope of work:
- Signed by Notary public on hypothec registration document
- Apply for registration at OWSO and Cadastral Department
